Las Virtudes Ecológico is an extra virgin olive oil of traditional varieties, old and large organically cultivated olive trees. It is an oil “en rama”, unfiltered, and early harvested with a high content in polyphenols and vitamin D. Cold pressed only under mechanical procedures. Olive varieties: Arbequina, Grosal, Cornicabra and Picual. 

Produced with extreme delicacy through a blend of selected varieties of our best organic olive groves is obtained our premium oil of extraordinary purity (acidity less 0.12). It is unfiltered, achieving a higher concentration of polyphenols and amino acids and a purer flavour. Highly fruity in mouth, it is generous, sweet and balanced. Its perfume of green tomato and olive leaf is deep and persistent.
